CoEnzyme Q10
According to RXList.com CoEnzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is an electron carrier. It is vital for the body's energy support systems. It is also vital for cell mitochondria (energy producers). It aids in generating adenosine triphosphate (ATP), and acts as an antioxidant. CoQ10 is considered safe for most healthy adults and is tolerated well by most people.
It can cause mild safe effects including stomach disorder's nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and allergic skin reactions. These can be reduced if it is divided into smaller doses. It is contraindicated against those with very low blood pressure, pregnancy, breastfeeding, medications for cancer (chemotherapy), Medications for high blood pressure (Antihypertensive drugs), Warfarin (Coumadin).

Taurine
According to RXList.com taurine is an amino acid. It helps stabilize the membranes around cells and provides antioxidant activity. It is deemed safe for most adults when used correctly and in doses higher than 14 grams. Doses larger than that are associated with encephalopathy (a group of dangerous brain disorders). However, it is not known if this is a side effect of taurine or its interaction with a certain medication.
It is contraindicated against taking during pregnancy, breastfeeding, if the condition bi-polar disorders is present, and for those taking lithium. Taurine might reduce urine flow and thus slow down the rate medications are flushed out, especially lithium.

Dimethylglycine
According to RXList.com Dimethylglycine (DMG) is also a methyl donor. It transports proteins from the blood steam into the brain and in the process donated part of its molecule to the process of making taurine. It also donates part of its molecule to create the enzyme CoQ-10. The long term safety and usage of DMG is unknown and is contraindicated for women during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
