Thiamine (Vitamin B1)
According to RX.com thiamine is safe for most adults. Some rare allergies do exist in some people and these include skin irritation and other allergic reactions. It is also listed as safe for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers as long as the doses are below 1.4 milligrams per day. It is contraindicated or those with liver problems, those who drink excessive amounts of alcohol, and for those with severe health conditions.
